Thomas Labs ships orders Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders are shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) of receipt and payment of order, not including the day the order is received.

Retail online customer: No Minimum Orders
C.O.D.'s: Sorry, we do not accept any C.O.D.'s.
We are currently not shipping to Canada due to strict regulations and licensing. Many of our products can be found by searching online retailers who have the ability to ship to Canada; We apologize for this inconvenience.

Shipping charges for special delivery options: Priority Mail, 2nd or Next Day service, will be billed at cost and must be paid by the customer. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable.
Air Charges: All parcels sent by air are billed at cost and are non-refundable.
Shortages, Errors, or Damages:
Shortages, errors, or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please sign delivery receipt short or damaged to receive replacement or credit. C.O.D.'s: Sorry, we do not accept any C.O.D.'s.
Any defective product or shipping discrepancies must be reported by phone (800-359-8387), fax (623-936-4499) or emailed (email@example.com) within 3 days of receipt.
All returns of Thomas Labs branded product, purchased directly from our company, will require approval and authorization prior to the return. Any product not purchased directly from Thomas Labs must be returned to the place of purchase. Please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
Eligible for Return:
Thomas Labs branded product, purchased directly from Thomas Labs, within 30 days of purchase with required approval.
No returns will be allowed for Fish and Bird antibiotics or opened containers.
The following applies to all returns:
Thomas Labs must approve and issue a Return Authorization prior to the return of any product. This number must be referenced on all correspondence. Arrangements for all returns and exchanges must be made in writing prior to shipping any merchandise back to Thomas Labs.
Fax (623-936-4499) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) a list of all requested returns including item number, lot number, quantity, expiration date and invoice number.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and a 20% restocking/handling fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges.
Credit may be used for exchanged product(s) or applied to your Thomas Labs account. In the case of an account credit you will be issued a Credit Memo which must be referenced upon usage to receive proper credit.
8.8% Sales tax applicable to Arizona customers only.
Substitutions will only be made with customer approval.
