Common Fish Antibiotics

In most cases, Oxytetracycline works against Flavobacterium columnare (columnaris disease). The penicillins and erythromycin are most effective against gram-positive bacteria, including the Streptococcus species. Using different antibiotics at the same time is generally not recommended because the antibiotics can work against each other.
