Thomas Laboratories ships orders Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Orders are shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) of receipt and payment of order,
not including day order is received.

No Minimum Orders
C.O.D.’s: Sorry, we do not accept any C.O.D.’s.
- $6.95 S&H on all orders
- Shipping charges for special delivery options: Priority Mail, 2nd or
Next Day service, will be billed at cost and must be paid by the customer.
- Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable.
Vaccine Orders: Vaccines must be shipped by 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air. Air charges will apply.
- Air Charges: All parcels sent by air are billed at cost and are non-refundable.
Shortages, Errors, or Damages:
- Shortages, errors, or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please sign delivery receipt short or damaged to receive replacement or credit.
- C.O.D.’s: Sorry, we do not accept any C.O.D.’s.
Returns
- Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges on returns.
- Prior authorization is required for return of damaged or mis-shipped items.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Sales Taxes
- 8.8% Sales tax applicable to Arizona customers only.
