Enzyme Lifer
I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first trying enzymes but knowing that we are so depleted of them I committed to it. Generally, I’m pretty healthy…no chronic pain or soreness. My recent occurrence of pain was in my left big toe, on the bottom in the ball of the foot. From running or many years of basketball, my big toe has been called on to live up to its name and seen some quality wear and tear. I researched it online and self-diagnosed it to be turf toe or gout. I learned that if I changed my gait, the pain was sporadic and inconsistent, only shocking me when pressure was applied if I failed to “favor” my big toe. Again, it changed my gait, which caused other areas to hurt a little. I carried the pain around for a good part of 3-4 months without ever seeing a doctor. I thought it would just go away if I favored the toe long enough. Meanwhile, in March I suffered a sinus infection, my first one. More on that later, but this year has been pretty tough on allergies.
So after discussing with you, I took the sample of systemic enzymes exactly how you told me to. And within 2 weeks (maybe sooner) the sharp pain my whole body would experience stemming from my toe was completely gone. I actually think the pain subsided within the first few days, but I certainly was pain-free 100% within a couple weeks. To boot, I used to be kept up some nights with my allergies and to this day (almost 5 months later) have not been woken up by any type of stuffed nose, or even sniffles. Yes, I still have a sneeze or two, but no more itchy-red eyes, no more interruptions of sleep or any headaches from allergies.
I decided to give it a try and start running again to see if the pain was permanently gone. After a few times of 3 mile runs I did start to feel soreness in the toe but no sharp pain…which is huge!
Thanks for your help!
